    My car had to have a hit and run collision repair. Maria picked me up at CarrXpert Port Hawkesbury in my new rental car and drove me to the Enterprise office to do the rental paper work. She returned me 12 days later to CarrXpert when my car was ready. She and Seun were both very friendly, courteous, and professional. My only minor quibble is that while the gas gauge on the Mazda CX-5 showed "Full" when I picked it, it went through more gas than I expected, which I discovered when I gassed it up before returning it. The gas gauge needle rose above the "Full" mark after I gassed it up personally. I have rented many cars all over Canada over many years from many car rental companies. This seems to be common. All in all, it was a positive experience, and I would rent a car from this Enterprise location again. The car was clean and well maintained. I had to retain the rental car longer than expected because of delays at the body shop, and Enterprise was most accommodating. So five stars for permitting me to keep the car longer than we had both anticipated.

    5 star is because of the District Manager, Dan for all the Help most appreciate it, Also very nice clean location.. nice affordable cars To the Renter beware .. dont know why but for this location its just best to 1. Take a video inside and out of the whole vechile time and date stamp it before leaving the lot during the 1st day of rental .. 2. Take another video inside and out of whole vechile time and stamp when returning the vechile to this location . 3. BELIEVE IT COULD SAVE FROM A HEADACHE AND STRESS .
