  My experience with Enterprise in New Minas speaks highly of the company’s commitment to real customer care. Braydon, the Assistant Branch Manager, handled a challenging return situation with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. After a "Run-in" and damage caused by a unavoidable pothole/sinkhole when the branch was closed, I felt with the situation and returned the next morning. From there, Braydon coordinated a seamless vehicle changeover and helped ensure I could transfer my business products and continue my journey without unnecessary delay. Everything was explained clearly, handled fairly, and managed with a calm, respectful tone. While I didn’t have the specific insurance coverage needed for the rim damage, the process was transparent and professional throughout. I highly recommend renters review the available insurance options. Based on my experiences with Enterprise locations in both Nova Scotia and Ontario, it’s clear the company prioritizes people, not just policies. Braydon represents that standard exceptionally well.

  New Minas Enterprise is such a professional, kind , caring business. They go above and beyond to accomodate your needs. I've been under pressure since my car was totalled. All the staff at Enterprise made this such a great experience. Thank you to everyone for being so understanding and caring.

  Car arrived on time, nice and clean and the young lady (Merin) was very professional and friendly. Paperwork handled through email, with no problems. Will certainly deal with them again. Highly recommend Enterprise !
