  I was greeted by a warm and compassionate customer service person at Bridgewater Enterprise, after having had a lock from an oncoming vehicle crash through my windshield … I was rattled to say the least but he chose a vehicle as close to my own for me to use for the extended rental. When I inquired about returning the vehicle to the airport, he kindly obliged me as well … the service at Enterprise Halifax Airport was also seamless and so accommodating, since we were leaving for a vacation with our two small dogs. The customer service rep there found us a baggage cart and insisted on returning our car to their parking area for us … that kind of service is so appreciated by us! Thanks once again to the superior service given by Enterprise employees! We have been loyal customers for years and we will continue to support them in future years!

  Consistently great service at this location. Despite a power outage knocking out power to the entire province, this place was open thanks to a small generator and mobile internet, allowing me to rent a car. On my return, they graciously drove me to the autobody shop to get my car from the shop, a godsend given this town doesn't have reliable taxi service. I go out of my way to rent here every time, and it's worth it. Thank you!!

  Great experience. As always with Enterprise. But this location really stands out with customer service. Extremely polite and accommodating. Will definitely rent a vehicle there again. Thank you!
