Please do something about your speaker announcements in the parking lot. I can hear them three blocks away. They keep me up at night. My neighbours Have also complained about them. They are too loud.

Rented an SUV from enterprise Kempt road. Excellent service, staff ran me thru all the new features of the vehicle, I felt confident leaving the lot i knew the vehicle. Vehicle was booked thru Costco Travel and the price was surprisingly inexpensive. Very reasonable. We drove a new SUV. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Will use enterprise again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. At the time of pickup, I was asked to pay a $200 deposit, but despite requesting it, I was not provided with an invoice. Subsequently, I was charged approximately $2,400 without any detailed explanation or breakdown. It was only after repeated follow-ups that I finally received an invoice. Upon reviewing it, I identified an incorrect charge of $500 for winter tyres. This was particularly concerning, as I had explicitly declined winter tyres and accepted the replacement vehicle under the understanding that it was equipped with all-season tyres. Throughout the process, communication was poor, characterized by delayed responses and a lack of transparency. While the manager eventually offered a partial refund, the matter was not fully resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to inaccurate billing, delayed invoicing, and unprofessional handling of the situation.

Had a worst experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 3387 Kempt Road, Halifax, NS, B3K 4X5 On 12th December, while my Range Rover was at the Range Rover showroom for servicing, I was provided with a rental vehicle through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. At the time of vehicle pickup, my girlfriend and I were asked to pay a CAD 200 security deposit, which we paid. When I requested an invoice for this payment, it was not provided to me despite my request. During the vehicle handover, we were asked whether we preferred winter tyres or all-season tyres. We clearly agreed to all-season tyres. Initially, we were given a Dodge vehicle fitted with winter tyres, and after requesting a replacement, we were provided with a Chrysler Pacifica, which we accepted under the understanding that it had all-season tyres. Due to a busy period in my business and considering that we live approximately 100 km away from the Range Rover showroom, the rental duration extended longer than initially expected. Approximately 25–30 days later, I received an email from Mr. Mohammad (Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car) stating that an amount of approximately CAD 2,500 was payable. However, no invoice or detailed breakdown was provided along with this communication. I have attached screenshots of the email for reference. When I returned the vehicle, I paid CAD 2,400 as requested. Before leaving the location, I again requested an invoice but was informed that it would be sent to my email. The invoice was not sent for several days, and only after following up by phone approximately one week later was the invoice finally shared with me. Upon reviewing the invoice (#460000459918), I noticed a charge of CAD 500 for winter tyres. This charge is incorrect, as I had explicitly declined winter tyres at the time of rental and accepted the replacement vehicle on the understanding that it had all-season tyres. I immediately raised this concern via email with Mr. Mohammad, who responded that he would need at least one week to resolve the matter. Despite following up again after a week, I received no response. After further calls to your office and discussions with your staff member Ann (name uncertain), I eventually received a call from the manager. During that conversation, I was informed that the rental vehicle was provided with the same type of tyres as my Range Rover. I clarified that my vehicle was equipped with all-season tyres, after which the manager acknowledged the discrepancy and agreed to a partial refund equivalent to one week of winter tyre charges. However, this does not fully resolve the issue. My concerns are as follows: 1. Repeated refusal or delay in providing invoices after payment. 2. Incorrect billing for winter tyres that were neither requested nor agreed upon. 3. Lack of transparency in billing and delayed communication despite multiple follow-ups. 4. Concern that invoicing practices may not comply with standard business and consumer protection regulations in Canada. I request a full review of this matter and a refund of the incorrectly charged amount at the earliest possible time. I would appreciate written confirmation of the resolution within 7 business days. If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no option but to escalate the complaint to the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory authorities. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and professionally.
