They were professional, courteous and genuinely welcoming ensuring that we got a safe and reliable van for our trip on a snowy day. The other team members, Hisham, Jamie and Zachary were just as impressive. They went beyond to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted. It is clear customer service is a top priority for this Enterprise team. I would highly recommend rented from Enterprise downtown Halifax.

He explained everything so clearly, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and was extremely accommodating and transparent from beginning to end. He spent like 20 minutes explaining all the features of the car and the process of returning. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is hard to find. I’ll definitely be renting from this location again just because of Mr. Faysal.
