    Outstanding Service! Faysal, who helped me out, was incredibly easy to deal with—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. His customer service was top-notch. He explained everything so clearly, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and was extremely accommodating and transparent from beginning to end. He spent like 20 minutes explaining all the features of the car and the process of returning. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is hard to find. I’ll definitely be renting from this location again just because of Mr. Faysal.

    This branch has an amazing team. They are kind and attentive. Now that the road construction is done, it's a very easy location for pick up and drop off. Downtown and near the airport bus and main bus terminals so that you can keep your adventure going.

    When I came to rent a car, there was no choice that would satisfy me, only one car with winter tires! The temperature was below freezing at that time and there was ice on the roads. In my opinion, it is unacceptable to offer a car with summer tires in winter!A very bad choice of car, I had to use a car that did not have certain functions that I directly need, remote engine start, and no key access to the car, there was a terrible downpour outside for 10 hours, and every time I had to stand near the car looking for the remote control and those small buttons on it, which were difficult for me to press because my fingers are much larger than they are.I didn't think anyone read these reviews, thanks for the quick response. I'll add that the car was clean and well-maintained, and I was pleased with the service and the staff.
