  Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought winter tires from this place last year and one of them got a bubble. When I told the owner, he completely lost it and started yelling at me for no reason. I wasn’t even trying to argue or get a free tire, I literally said I’d buy another one if needed. The owner is rude, arrogant, and has zero people skills. It’s just a tire, not the end of the world. And don’t even get me started on the wait times. Appointments mean nothing here. You’ll still be sitting around for 2–3 hours, often in the cold, waiting for basic work to get done. Overall, a miserable experience. Never coming back.

  I bought four brand-new winter tires with studs for around $500, which honestly felt too good to be true at first. I drive almost every day in different weather conditions, including snow, slush, slopes, and icy roads, and these tires have been performing really well so far. I was a bit skeptical because of the price, but I’ve had no issues at all — solid grip, good handling, and confidence-inspiring performance in winter conditions. On top of that, the customer service is amazing. The staff are very friendly, professional, and they’ll fit you in even if you show up last minute. They really go out of their way to help. Highly recommend both the tires and this shop. Great prices, great service, and a smooth experience overall.
