    Pick up was fast and convenient.Was offered a free upgrade to an SUV, which was awesome with the crappy weather! Gentleman at the front desk was helpful and efficient. The car was clean and well maintained. Thank you for making my trip home even better.

    Have rented from here many times in the past. It is my goto. The car and experience this time was fine. But this is winter in Nova Scotia. Cars should automatically come with full winter tires. Should not be optional. Certainly should not cost $20 per day ($200 for 10 days) for knockoff brand (albeit good) tires. Worth maybe 6 or 700 for the set. 40% of the rental car price per day. I felt screwed over. I mean... I am not going to say no to winters in December. Not cool Alamo.
