As a bonus it turned out to be a VW model I had never tried so it became a "test drive" and in addition to that it was a 2025 model with less than 6,000km. Very satisfied with my decision to choose Alamo.

So I had to wait and receive a receipt by email. I finally got the receipt a week later and it charged me for the gas. Now I have to deal with customer support. not recommended.

I originally booked my car with Budget and when I got to the airport, there was an issue with the car and budget left me stranded. After trying to sort it out with support, and getting nowhere, I walked to the counter at Alamo and told the guy my situation. He went in the back and immediately came out stating they would have a car ready for me in minutes. He got everything set up and I was on my way very quickly. He made a stressful situation so easy and seamless for me. The drop off process was just as easy. You pull in, someone comes to the car, you take your belongings and they deal with the rest. I wish I could remember the man’s name who helped me at the counter because he was great. I went from stranded at the airport (for which budget didn’t seem to care) to on my way because of this man and Alamo! Thank you Alamo
