- SSShipon Shipon2 days ago3.0It was my second time rent a car from Enterprise. In first time, my experience was spotlessly great and thatswhy I went to rent again. However, today I rented the car for 24 hours and returned the car within 4 hours as my trip was short. During the inspection, the girl was so kind and helpful taking back the car. She agreed to take care of my fuel consumption as I was reruning the car with a few hours. But, the guy called himself manager at the counter was not so nice in his voice of tune or facial expression with sharp wording. He thought I am an Indian and he try to trash me as his country culture. I just smiling and deal with situations not responding his action as I don't want to make the situation worse!!!!!!! I don't believe Indian manager has right to talk to another Indian/ customer ( what he might though) with voice or tune he used. I seriously seek higher management attention on this matter before he creat more negative sinarios with clients. Thank you
