    The truck was old, high mileage. We had intermittent trouble starting it during the rental, which ultimately ended up stranding an employee at a remote fuel stop when they were late for a flight. We called the support line, who were vague and could not provide a time that they would be on-site. Communication from the tech support people was poor, and they never confirmed that anyone was enroute to help. The employee was able to get the truck running after approx 45 mins of messing with the key and the gear selector, drove it straight to the drop off location. Penske billed us over $1000 for a service call and claim the truck is working normally. It most definitely is not, and was a huge headache for the duration of the rental. A most unpleasant experience overall.
