When we got to the rental counter, they had the wrong vehicle, apparently when you book through Expedia they can’t see the exact type of vehicle you rented, long story short I’d rented an 8 seater SUV but they tried to give me a minivan. Maybe not the end of the world to you but I hate minivans. In the end (a few days later and a temporary smaller vehicle) they had an 8 seater suv for us. Shout out to Megan, she was awesome in figuring everything out. And so cheerful!!

We’ve never had any issues issue with the vehicles provided, and their staff have always been pleasant and professional. We particularly appreciated our last rental when the agent called the next day to follow up and ensure things were going well with the rental. We have taken advantage of their service to pick us up at the hotel to bring to their location and it’s always much appreciated.

The men I dealt with at the shop were great on pick up and return l, however the lady I was dealing with to get the rental ( Megan I believe) was one of the worst to deal with . Her lack of customer service and silliness to find a solution was very evident as I had to chase her down to even secure a rental when I did. Definitely not a great experience and I will be reconsidering doing personal business with this branch
