  The Intact service center is a very unprofessional repair center with a highly irresponsible service attitude. My car was fully drivable, only needing a repair to the rear bumper. However, after leaving my car at the Intact service center for two weeks, I received a phone call from them saying that the alternator had failed and the car could no longer start or be driven. They asked me to contact my dealership to check whether the car was still under warranty, and told me to call the dealership to arrange a tow truck to pick up my car from the Intact service center and bring it back to the dealership for repairs. When I dropped off my car at the Intact service center, the only issue was a scratch on the rear bumper—my car was completely drivable. I have no idea what happened to my car while it was at their facility, and now it can’t even start. On top of that, the staff at the Intact service center are telling me to contact the dealership and arrange for towing myself. No one has explained to me what happened to my car. Every time I call, I get transferred from person to person with no clear answers. I am extremely disappointed with the service center. Their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior has caused me to lose confidence in Intact Insurance. I will responsibly inform all my friends and family, and I want everyone reading this review to be aware: my experience with Intact Insurance has given me every reason to believe that their professionalism and service quality are not worth recommending.

  I've been unfortunate enough to be the victim of two car accidents in the last year; but that has been offset by my good fortune in having my car taken to Chapman for repairs covered by my insurance company. Not only was their customer service top-tier, not only did they return my car quicker than anyone anticipated (on both occasions - saving my summer vacation!), they also cleaned my absolute disaster of a car!! Endless thanks for making a stressful situation soooo much less so, you guys are legends 🙏🏻

  We had our car repaired for a small fender bender, we dropped it off on a Monday am, they said 4 days to fix it! We had our rental for four days so we were not without a car while it was being fixed.The car was fixed by Tuesday ( the next day Wow) they only had it for a day and half. This company knows their cars and so quick and efficient plus the quality they of their work is amazing! Sorry I was late with my review! Our insurance company sent a reminder to do a review for them and did a review for your company right away before I forgot again! I wish we remembered all the workers names, we dealt on the phone with Tanya and at the body shop with paperwork. Thank you to you all for our amazing service!
