- GPGoutham PSep 20, 20251.0This was my first time renting in Nova Scotia and I had a not-so-good experience with this location. I booked a reservation with my corporate code which is valid for both business and leisure rentals. While my reservation through website and the chat I had with the manager was seamless, the manager said that the reservation is all good and they wouldn't need anything from me and would deliver me the vehicle. Fast-forward to the rental day, I came to pick up my vehicle, the person-in-charge attending me was different from who I had a chat with. They asked me if the rental was for leisure or business. I answered leisure and they explained me that the corporate code that I used cannot be used for this reservation. However, they informed me that they will match the price. So i was glad. But I had an additional driver and I wanted to add them. With my corporate code, additional driver fees is waived off. However, she was not able to waive the additional driver cost. The reservation was for 7 days and I had to pay 70$ extra from my original cost. I explained that I have been using enterprise for years and never had this issue. She wasn't able to help me out and I was in urge to start for my road trip so didn't want to argue. After completing the trip, I checked with my corporate HR for the code and they said it was valid for leisure and I also took a rental in Ontario and they didn't intervene with the reservation. I want to give a constructive feedback to this location. When taking reservations, add customer notes so that if a different person is working on the reservation, it'll not give a bad user experience. Would've been a 5 star experience if this mishap didn't happen for me
