The staff was helpful and quick to finish the paperwork and to give me the keys. The price I paid was competitive, probably because of renting off-season.
- LLlutzAug 17, 20231.0Für unseren Urlaub in Trontheim vom 10.07.23 -17.07.23 haben wir bei besagter Firma einen Mietwagen gebucht. Die Entgegennahme des Fahrzeugs war unproblematisch. Wir mussten das Fahrzeug von einem bestimmten Stellplatz abholen. Am letzten Urlaubstag brachten wir das Fahrzeug pünktlich und vollgetankt zur Autovermietung zurück. Wir haben das Auto gegenüber dem Vermietungsbüro (ca. 5 Meter entfernt) auf einem ordnungsgemäßen Stellplatz abgestellt. Bei der Abgabe des Autoschlüssels habe ich den Mitarbeiter gefragt ,ob ich das Fahrzeug an diesem Platz belassen kann oder es umparken soll. Da er eine gute Sicht auf das Auto hatte, war er mit dem Parkplatz einverstanden. Damit war die Sache für uns ersteinmal erledigt. Nach einem Monat wurde von unserer Kreditkarte ein Betrag von 30,22 € abgebucht. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese Gebühr dadurch entstanden ist, dass ich das Auto nicht auf dem Stellplatz, wie bei der Abholung, gestellt habe. Dieser Mitarbeiter scheint sich mit den Gepflogenheiten seiner Firma nicht gut auszukennen. In meinen Augen ist das Abzocke. Hinzuzufügen wäre noch, dass wir keine Unterlagen erhalten haben. Weder über die Vermietung ansich , noch über die entstandenen Kosten der Mautgebühren oder das Umparken. Dieses ist ein sehr seltsames Geschäftsgebahren.
