  Unfortunately, my reserved car was already given, because I've arrived too late. Well, if my flights are delayed, naturally I can't contact you guys... Props to the ladies, they where at least nice.

  WARNING- do NOT use National or any affiliated companies in Bergen, Norway. Complete disaster. They only had ONE car available when we picked up- this car was completely damaged all over. Drove off lot, within 5 minutes low tire pressure came on. They were not even open on Saturday and didn’t open until 2pm Sunday!! They are continuing to charge us for our entire rental including repairs that the service team couldn’t even fix or find a nail in it! They cannot prove the nail wasn’t in the tire prior to us getting the vehicle. Worse customer service I’ve ever had with National. Zero accountability, plus they don’t even communicate with you. Rent through anyone else.
