  After 4 months of dispute report on credit card charging deposit without my knowledge, they still insisted not to release any proof why not refunding deposit to me that making the investigation taken a long time to process. Seem this was a scam and since lots of victims involved, why the authorities are still letting this company to run the business?

  Had a great service thru them . The car was clean and new and the drop off along with releasing of the deposit funds was hassle free

  Une excellente expérience de location de A à Z ! La prise en charge du véhicule a été ultra-rapide et efficace grâce aux bornes automatiques (le système Skip the Line est un vrai bonheur après un long vol). Le choix de véhicules dans la catégorie réservée était top, la voiture était comme neuve et parfaitement propre. Aucun frais caché au retour, qui s'est fait en deux minutes chrono. Fiable, professionnel et sans prise de tête : je repasserai par Alamo sans hésiter pour mon prochain voyage !

  Paid for all these extra insurance when booking but when I checked in to pick up the car, they said all of that wasn't valid and that I had to buy even more insurance. Felt like such a scam. Thanks to all the past reviews I sent very detailed videos and photos over a google drive of all the damages as there were a LOT, but they only noted one damage, so luckily I didn't get dings for damages in the future. However I rented the car in September 2025 and April 2026 I'm still getting invoiced for random fees. So ridiculous.

  Worst experience. Rented a car from them for 2 days from 26 to 28 March 2026. 1. booked Toyota Corolla petrol, got an electric car instead. Seems they don't understand customers choose petrol for a reason. 2. Driver's door won't open on 27th, sent an email, got email reply on 30th March which was 2 days after I already returned car. What's the point of reply. 3. I scratched front right tyre rim, they deducted 8000 NOK which was about 1200 Australian Dollar. They sent me the photo of the scratch for which I attached, one scratch for 1200 AUD, a good way of business profiting. It's not a new rim, not a fancy car either(FordExplorer). Travelled to many places, dealt with quite a few of car rental businesses, that's the worst rip-off so far.
