  Extremely long waiting time and unorganised staff even with a relatively small queue. The booth right next to it had a queue four times larger and still managed to get through it before we were given our car. The car was not ready and they lost it on the lot. Would not recommend.

  Ceny są kosmiczne, ale wiemy na co się decydujemy. Natomiast odbiór kluczyków był zgodny z kalendarzem. Zarezerwowałem Toyotę ale od razu mi powiedziano że można otrzymać inny smaochod podobnej klasy. Dostałem V ID4 Pro. Samochód miał przejechane kilka kilometrów - całkowita nówka. Przejechaliśmy 1000 km razem, auto było bez limitu kilometrów. Otrzymałem czyste, zwróciłem brudne. Zwrot bardzo szybki, 1 min. Miałem tylko mały stresik na lotnisku, odmalowywali parking P10 i musiałem zostawić auto w innym miejscu, ale zadzwoniłem na infolinię i zostałem pokierowany w dobre miejsce. Kaucję dostałem w 24h po oddaniu samochodu.

  Worst rental company in Evenes Airport. Every day they have queues for hours, and if you are one of the lucky ones all the way in the back, they might cancel your reservation while you are waiting, and then blame you for being late. If you’re coming around closing time and your plane is delayed, they will happily leave you stranded on the airport while they go home to avoid overtime, and if your rental was prepaid you won’t even get your money back. They also have a habit of renting out electric cars that are not charged so customers must waste potentially hours at the start of their trip. Everything about this company screams scam. You have better chances borrowing a car from a stranger on the street than renting with this company. Stay away.

  Rented a Yaris Cross Hybrid for 2 weeks. No issues with the car. The self service pick up and drop off was quite easy. Didn’t buy insurance and there were no extra charges. Price is better compared to other companies here. Note that the location on Google Maps is incorrect, the counter is in the airport terminal once you land.
