  I was a bit worried before my trip because I had read a lot of negative reviews about Alamo in Narvik. However, my experience was the complete opposite. The pickup process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. The car I received was excellent, clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my trip. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. The staff member who handled the return was very kind and helpful, and the security deposit was released immediately without any issues. Everything was exactly as promised, and I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about. The entire experience was straightforward, stress-free, and professional from start to finish.

  Ladrones. No devuelven el dinero del depósito ni habiendo contratado seguro a todo riesgo. Mejor cualquier otra compañía aunque sea un poco más cara porque acabas pagando más y te sientes muy frustrado al sentir que te roban. Lo hemos denunciado.

  Ladrones es la palabra que les define. Las malas reseñas se la ganan a pulso. Ojalá hubiéramos hecho caso porque acabas pagando más, ya que te acaban robando. Con seguro a todo riesgo y lleno de gasolina y aún así se han quedado casi 200€ de depósito. Les escribes y no contestan… muy frustrante que roben de esta manera. Por supuesto, lo vamos a denunciar y no pararemos hasta que nos devuelvan el dinero. ESTAFADORES SIN CONCIENCIA.

  We had a lot of doubts because of the bad reviews, so we decided to rent the car with full insurance. Even so, they stole our deposit (almost €200). We returned the car with a full tank, before the agreed time, clean, and without a scratch (which didn't matter because of the full insurance). And yet, we were the ones who got scammed. We've written to them, but they haven't responded or given any explanation as to why they haven't returned our deposit. I really recommend booking with any other company because in the end it costs just as much, and you save yourself the hassle. Besides, the staff is very unfriendly and rude. I don't know why they have to steal from people without any remorse.

  Tuvimos muchas dudas por las malas reseñas y por ese motivo decidimos alquilar el coche con un seguro a todo riesgo. Pues aún así, nos han robado el dinero del depósito ( casi 200 euros). Devolvimos el coche con el depósito lleno, antes de la hora prevista, limpio y sin un rasguño (que eso daba igual por el seguro a todo riesgo). Pues nos ha tocado ser los estafados. Les hemos escrito y no responden ni dan ninguna explicación de porqué no nos devuelven la fianza. De verdad que recomiendo reservar con cualquier otra compañía porque al final te sale igual de caro y te ahorras el digusto. Además, el personal es muy antipático y mal educado. No sé porque tienen que robar a la gente sin ningún tipo de remordimiento.
