I booked the rental through DiscoverCars (better price than Booking or other platforms) and took out separate insurance through RentalCover, since it was much more affordable than the coverage offered by the rental company itself. That said, there are a few things you should watch out for when picking up the car. First, take photos and videos of the entire vehicle, including the mileage and the battery/fuel level. Both at pickup and at drop-off at the end of the rental. Also, before signing the contract, you should physically inspect the car to make sure it actually matches what's stated on the contract (e.g. no damage, battery at least at 80%). When I asked the person at the desk to go check the car before I signed, he told me I'd have to wait about 2 hours since he was working alone and couldn't leave the desk. I decided to sign anyway, trusting him. When I got to the car, there were in fact two dents/damages not listed on the contract, and the battery was at 60% instead of the stated 80%. The desk staff then advised me to report everything by emailing photos to bodo@ehiglobal.no. Their response was quick, and I wasn't charged anything at the end of the rental. I'm giving 3 stars only because of the lack of staff available to inspect the car before signing. Other than that, the car was fine and the staff were friendly. No unfair charges despite the issues I ran into. I hope this helped and made your rental experience easier. Before getting to this point, I went through some really rough experiences myself!

I had a confirmed reservation at Enterprise Bodø Airport Norway for May 28 - June 9, 2026. Two days before pickup, Enterprise cancelled due to overbooking with zero alternatives offered. We were forced to book last minute with Hertz at peak summer rates — paying NOK 17,610 instead of our original NOK 5,024 booking. No compensation offered yet, no follow up, nothing. If you're traveling internationally and counting on Enterprise — don't. They will cancel last minute and leave you stranded with no solution.

Everything was easy & smooth. Minimal wait time. Staff were friendly & helpful. They even helped us out when we missed our flight; we were so grateful for that small act of kindness! Definitely would recommend.
