  Szybki i bezproblemowy odbiór samochodu, wspaniale zadbany samochód, 4x4, opony na kolcach. Żadnych problemów przy zwrocie. Do opłat drogowych doliczany jest VAT. Bateria nie była naładowana, więc auto działało jedynie w trybie hybrydy.

  WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS ! I had a confirmed rental with Alamo in Bodø, but they canceled last-minute (while already arrived in Norway) due to overbooking DESPITE my booking was CONFIRMED (not on request or anything likely). This forced me to book with Sixt at significant extra cost. Despite multiple follow-ups, Alamo has not resolved the issue or reimbursed me. I'm still stuck with the higher rate. Avoid booking here if you want reliable service and peace of mind. Very disappointing experience. #CustomerService #TravelWoes

  We had a great experience renting our car at Alamo for our two weeks trip. The car we got was really nice and the rate we paid was by far the lowest compared to the other car rentals in Bodø. We also had to extend our rent on the day of return by one further day, which was no problem at all and for a very fair rate. The contact via phone or mail was great. Also pick-up and return for the car was quick and easy. Would definitely choose Alamo again when I visit Bodø again.

  Un loueur de voiture à éviter. Véhicule réservé à partir de midi, atterrissage à 18h (loueur informé + disposant du n° de vol) : le commercial nous a indiqué qu'il avait failli annuler notre réservation et donner la voiture à quelqu'un d'autre (sans jamais essayer de nous contacter). Nous avons eu un petit accrochage (pas responsable) pendant la location (2 semaines), et l'agence n'a jamais pu nous donner le n° du contrat d'assurance pour le constat. Après le retour du véhicule, il a fallu 10 jours (à raison d'un appel par jour) avant que la caution ne soit débloquée. Notre plus mauvaise expérience de location de voiture à ce jour.

  Ho noleggiato un’auto all’aeroporto di bordo per 10 giorni.oggi ho un problema di salute chiedo di far guidare mio marito. Da stamattina alle nove , ora è sera ,chiedo una risposta e la signorina mi dice che deve chiedere al suo boss. 5 chiamate e continua a dirmi che non sa come fare perché il boss è in vacanza.siamo bloccati senza nessuna risposta. Nessuna attenzione al cliente. DA EVIATARE
