Refused to check the car when I dropped it off, as they said they were busy, and came after a week and said the car had damage on the hood. I only rented for two days and never had an accident or touched the hood.That was a black line that goes with cleaning, but they are just thieves. They charged 15,000 kroner. Just look at the hood and check. I think they did it on purpose.

- SHstefan herberJan 7, 20265.0Ich hatte den Mietwagen online gebucht und bezahlt und die Abholung am Schalter verlief unkompliziert. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das nächstgrößere Fahrzeug erhalten, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Personal war freundlich und konnte sehr gut Englisch. Das System mit den Mautgebühren für Tunnel, Autobahnen und Brücken ist sehr gut gelöst: Es werden 200 CHF auf der Kreditkarte reserviert und am Ende je nach Nutzung der mautpflichtigen Strecken korrekt abgerechnet. Empfehlenswert ist der Versicherungsschutz, denn damit muss man sich keine Gedanken über Kratzer oder sonstige Schäden am Fahrzeug machen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Wir konnten später weder telefonisch jemanden erreichen noch war jemand am Schalter, obwohl online angegeben war, dass bis 18 Uhr geöffnet ist. Das war zwar kein großes Problem, wäre aber wünschenswert gewesen, da unser Flug gestrichen wurde und wir den Mietwagen gerne noch einen Tag länger behalten hätten. Insgesamt dennoch eine gute Erfahrung und empfehlenswert.
