    Rafael went above and beyond in getting me a ride after I dropped off my car. The uber driver I reserved didn't show up so I was stuck without a ride. Rafael called around until he found a driver who could take me back to my destination 35 minutes away. Thanks Rafael! And the rental experience was flawless in addition!

    Friendly staff at pick-up and drop off. Too bad online options are still not better than in person. According to online options there were no vans available, yet I walked into the office and got a van. Thank you.
