When I entered the store as a customer and driver stopping for services, I was assisted by an employee named Teresa . Unfortunately, the interaction was not professional. She showed a very negative attitude toward me and appeared unhappy from the beginning of the interaction. I approached respectfully as a guest, but I received an unfriendly response and felt that I was treated poorly without any clear reason. I did not cause any issue or disturbance, and I was simply trying to purchase fuel items and continue my trip. and my company has been a partner with Pilot for over 10years. Because of that long relationship, I usually expect a respectful and professional experience when stopping at your locations. I hope management reviews this situation and reminds staff how important it is to treat drivers and customers with courtesy and professionalism. Thanksa you for your time and attention.
