- A장원석Mar 25, 20261.0I had an oil change done here last friday for my Volvo XC60 and paid $170, as I was preparing for a long-distance drive. After driving from Santa Fe to Prosper, TX, I later visited a Volvo dealership for a car wash, where their staff discovered that the underbody cover had been left loose and was hanging down underneath the vehicle (see photo). This created a potential safety risk during highway driving. They helped secure it properly. I contacted the shop the same day to report the issue, but I did not receive any response. This should not happen after a professional service, especially at this price point. I recommend double-checking their work before leaving.
