  My car broke down in Santa Fe and I was left stranded triple AAA paid for a day and I was able to get a car last minute and keep it for a couple days until my car was repaired and everything went very smoothly. Good customer service and quick response thank you.

  If you're flying in and out of Santa Fe, do yourself a favor and rent a car from a company at the airport. Enterprise is miles away. Their shuttle isn't timely and they likely won't have a car ready when you get to their station. Pick up is extremely slow as is drop off.

  Customer service was on point. Thank you once again for being there for my rental needs. I tried Avis and not so pleasant compared to Enterprise

  If I ever die in a rental car, it will be a car from Enterprise. I rented a car to drive from Texas to New Mexico. I had to call this enterprise because the car issued to me has a problem. The rep I spoke to told me they could get me a sedan. But when I arrived they didn't have anything but a Mitsubishi mirage that I couldn't fit my luggage into if I tried. But the real problem was...the rep I spoke with just kept saying "it wouldn't be fair to give you a vehicle from MY location that someone else booked tomorrow." That tells me enterprise doesn't care about the customer with the problem, only a new one working in. I suggest H.E.A.R.T service training to all staff.

  Extremely Disappointed — Misleading and Untrustworthy Experience I had a very negative experience with Carla through Enterprise and feel compelled to share it so others are aware. From my interaction, their service felt unprofessional and deceptive. I was given information that turned out to be inaccurate, was charged in ways that were unclear, and overall felt that the experience was handled misleadingly. I did not receive the clarity or honesty that I expected, and I feel like the process took advantage of me rather than helped me. I would not recommend their services based on my experience, and I strongly urge others to be cautious, ask detailed questions, and verify everything before agreeing to terms. I hope this feedback helps improve accountability and transparency.
