The estimate they gave my dad was no way near what they were trying to charge me. They kept saying I needed all these services on my car then I came back and they told me they couldn’t service anything on my car. I will never go back to this location again!!!!

- CCcaroco8Feb 17, 20261.0I’ve been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube #1285, located at 1975 Cerrillos Rd., Santa Fe, NM, for many years. This has always been my go-to location for oil changes. I regularly brought coupons to help reduce the cost, and even when a coupon wasn’t an exact match for the type of oil change I needed, the previous front desk employee would kindly apply a different code so I could still receive a discount. That level of customer service is what kept me returning to this location. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I learned that the previous employee is no longer there. I brought a coupon that apparently did not apply to my service, and the new front desk employee, Alexander A., did not offer the same level of customer care. Instead, I was charged the full amount of $96.20 without any effort to provide an alternative discount or solution. As a long-time customer, this was disappointing. Even more concerning, I later discovered that my hood had been left unlocked after the service. I only realized this when I stopped at a gas station. It was a very windy day, and the hood could have easily flown open while driving, potentially causing an accident or injury. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as both customer service and safety should be top priorities.
