  I set up a rental reservation 24 hours prior and got a confirmation as shown then they called me the next morning telling me they had no car. No attempt to let me know this the same day or before close. I needed a car to go to Fort Collins since my personal car has 180k miles and o need the rental to visit the only family I have on this side of the country. Their employee / manager on the phone Johnny kept harassing me trying to have me agree to a later time. “Tell me when you need the car by so I can get you a car.” I need it same reservation time as shown on my confirmation. They kept saying it was too abrupt then why do they allow reservations made 24 hours ahead of time? They have nothing but excuses and no accountability. I can’t believe the employees that work here defend this practice and im surprised the people they work here let this practice also be a representation of themselves. Thanks to enterprise I don’t know if I get to see my family before snow fall. Thanks to enterprise I don’t know if my car is going to make it to Fort Collins. *update* I called their customer service line and already submitted my complaint formally. I don’t need a generic apology posted below from Kim? Also customer service told me I reserved the car 22 hours not 24 hours. This is the kind of pettiness they want to project on their customers instead of a good ole fashion “sorry”

  Nick, the person at the local Santa Fe rental place on St. Michaels Drive, picked me up at the car repair shop and also drove me back when my car was ready. He’s humble, professional—a true gentleman and a gentle soul. I really appreciate his customer service skills. He’s the car cleaner, the one at the bottom of the ladder, and yet he goes above and beyond. That says a lot.

  Made a valid, confirmed reservation online and got a phone call claiming they are at capacity and won't have anything open till or available Tuesday. In the Midwest, when this kind of thing happens they at least call around to their sister locations and find something to bring in for the customer. I truly miss Midwest customer service. He did tell me I could go all the way down to Albuquerque to possibly find a rental. Long story short, if you need to rent a car from Enterprise in Santa Fe, NM, make sure you talk to them at the store level, either in person or on the phone, do not make any online or 800# phone reservations or you won't have a vehicle!!! After the fact they sent me a response on google to waste more of my time by going onto their website.Yeah, I don't think so.Enterprise you suck

  One star for HORRIBLE business practice. Made a reservation for a rental via Expedia and when I got there to pick it up they claimed I hadn't put my phone number so they couldn't call me to inform me the rental I had originally agreed to had been rented to someone else. The person helping me then offered a more expensive vehicle. So let me see if I got things straight to this point. Made a legitimate reservation. Was blatantly lied to by the associate about not entering my own info correctly. Had my rental rented out from under me. Then I was offered a more expensive rental in its place out of my own pocket? Slimy business.
