    Got a flat tire on the way to the airport. Was able to get the doughnut on but they should be more proactive abt inspecting and servicing their vehicles. To their credit, management contacted me to apologize and confirm all was well with me. Their location is offsite from the airport so I will not be renting there again. I usually only use enterprise but not this location ever again.

    We rented a car online. We spoke with Santana on the phone who assured me that she was inputting notes for no deposit required since we have a return flight in 5 days. When we arrived at the airport car rental counter, there were, supposedly, no notes and a 400 required deposit. It's disappointing to be lied to by an employee. Enterprise is owned by the same parent company as Alamo. It seems that the car rental companies are all owned by a few larger parent companies with the same unethical business practices. We left the counter and rented from Sixt. They are newer and require a much less costly deposit. The car was clean and didn't smell of smoke, etc. We will see how the vehicle return experience goes.

    The staff was extremely professional and genuinely personable. Car was super clean and mechanically performed perfectly. They make the car rental process very smooth. Would definitely rent again from them!

    I came into enterprise today very upset and frustrated. The rental vehicle I picked up the day before at the airport had an unexpected issue which caused me to have delays with my plans. I came in guns blazing and Preston was the one on the other side of the counter. He took all the frustrations I had with the company. Heard my complaints. And he addressed every single one with complete professionalism. I am giving this 5 star review for his courtesy and grace for my attitude and great customer service !
