I called earlier in the day to request information. Which he gave me. I called later in the day and he assured me he would have the item on the counter and calculated my cost. Nate let me know he would be there ready to attend to me. I got there, product was ready I looked inside the box to make sure . I had spent the afternoon calling other auto centers only to hang up feeling more confused. He didn’t laugh when I said I knew mechanics but didn’t turn wrenches. Nate knows a lady and treats her with respect even if she knows mechanics. Awesome fellow.
