    Every time I visit this AutoZone, I receive help right away—especially when it isn’t busy. The sales associates are always willing to assist without hesitation. I’ve been here multiple times, and they consistently help me find exactly what I need quickly and with ease. Great customer service! It means a lot!

    We recently went in the store to get spark plugs. We went to the register and all the employees were having their own conversations using foul language as we stood there. Then my husband asked to see if a wrench would fit before purchasing and they said he could. Then proceeded to say that we were going to “steal” it, right in front of us. It’s unbelievable how we were treated and the way the employees behaved. Felt very discriminated against. Auto Zone should do better with training their employees to be more professional. Not happy at all.
