  I showed up at 11:59 to pick up booked rental car. No one around. I learned from the Hertz dealer that they k Lu stick around for as long as the flights around. So the one hour they are open varies.

  I am a elite member and reserved a intermediate, once arrived at the desk, the girl in the front desk doesn't want to upgrade me to a SUV, she said she doesn't have any SUV available.... she gave me a car, I walk to the parking and surprise! They have many SUVs parked in there..!! I called customer service to complaint and the representative check his system and told me that I am right because he can see many SUV's available in Roswell, he tried to contact front desk at Roswell and they never pick up the phone.. at the end he cannot do anything... Worst service ever... please do not use National Rental Car at Roswell airport... horrible customer service and aptitude..!!

  Arrived at Roswell airport (ROW) Monday just before noon, they informed me they had no cars and could not give me any idea when they would have one for me. I contacted the Customer Service line and they put in a ticket. It is now Tuesday night 29 hours later and I reached out to National again and spoke to a supervisor who could only offer to send the Roswell office another Email to call me and a free days rental for my trouble. So I head into Wednesday, their office will not be open until after I have been at my job for hours.

  Be careful... location is closed during all holidays. If flying in, will not be able to rent a car.
