Today, I had a reservation and was told there were no cars available for me even though I made reservations several weeks prior. Extremely disappointed with the service or lack thereof.

The “only” car they had is tiny, filthy dirty, smells bad, the engine makes weird noises, and has bugs splattered all over the window. “Nothing they can do for me”. Unacceptable answer, time for a switch.

I contacted the Customer Service line and they put in a ticket. It is now Tuesday night 29 hours later and I reached out to National again and spoke to a supervisor who could only offer to send the Roswell office another Email to call me and a free days rental for my trouble. So I head into Wednesday, their office will not be open until after I have been at my job for hours.
