They will not tell you the price of the oil change before they perform the services so you can decide whether or not you want their services they just hastily usher you into the waiting room and start doing it anyway. They are extremely pushy with trying to get you to pay for extra services that you do not need. Sometimes they even just take it upon themselves to perform extra services so that way they can charge you more without even consulting you about it first. I witnessed them tell a lady there that she needed a serpentine belt and that the belt alone would cost $70 and I looked it up and that belt only costs about $26. This company is skilled in extortion. Obviously they didn't do their job right because now my vehicle started overheating as soon as I left there. I had no issues with it overheating before and now suddenly after I regrettably went to them for a basic oil change, it has a problem overheating. The positive reviews this place has were probably written by friends & family, or AI bots.
