  Semi stranded in Roswell with a car from my local Enterprise ..meaning my car was acting odd and the thought of a 5 hour drive back in flat land was a bit scary. Enterpise to the rescue! The manager was kind and helpful and put us in another car within minutes! Definitly thumbs up for customer service! 5 stars easily! Thank you!

  This is specifically for the Enterprise at the Roswell airport. When I showed up to the airport it was 230 and my car rental was for 3:00pm after waiting about 30 minutes I called the main Enterprise because no one was there to give me my car. Carlos the assistant manager told me he was sending someone to help. I completely understand they dont staff if there are no planes landing. Waiting an hour or so isnt terrible if we needed to just notify them. After an hour and a half of waiting (now its 400) I called again to ask if someone was coming to help with the rental Carlos answered again and was very rude told me someone should be there. I waited ANOTHER 45 minutes before I called the main Enterprise again and Carlos hung up on me. I called again and he answered and then hung up the phone. At about 445 I was worried no one would show up and the offices close at 5 I called repeatedly and the phone was answered and hung up on over and over. I waited a TOTAL of 3 hours while I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me before I gave up. We had no vehicle to take on vacation and didn't know what to do stranded. Finally, by some miracle as we are ordering an Uber to take us to a random hotel in Roswell instead of our vacation in Austin around 530 an enterprise employee came to the store and told me he had no idea we were waiting for him CARLOS told him nothing and hung up on me several times leaving me stranded at an airport with all the other rentals closed. The young man that came at 530 was very nice and felt bad after he realized our appointment was 3 hours before. The car was amazing. Dealing with the very rude assistant manager was actually the most difficult and stressful aspect of my entire vacation. ONLY because of the way I was treated I will not return to enterprise. I am scared to be stranded and have a person in charge not care AT ALL. Not only doesnt care but was blatantly very rude. I will now forever associate Enterprise with being stranded. THANFULLY we waited the full 3 hours before trying to leave or we wouldn't have had a car at all.
