    I have been to Jiffy Lube once before but yesterday their were 2 men who helped me and they were amazing and broke things down to me so that I could understand. I couldnt believe how fast they were and so nice. I highly recommend going to the Jiffy Lube in Rio Rancho I know that I will be going their again. 😊

    I’ve used this location for a few years and always hate when they clean the windows bc they leave them streaked. This visit they didn’t clean the windows. Didn’t vacuum (could have just done the drivers side). Pulled my car out of the bay to “finish” the service. Apparently claiming they have to pull it from the garage in a certain amount of time so they topped off fluids and did the air filters in the parking lot. If this is the case, maybe don’t pull it into the garage if they are only going to do one car at a time (the car in front of me was in the bay twice as long as mine).

    wish i could give zero stars. went in for an oil change, expected the service was done properly but after driving my vehicle to and from Santa Fe I got an oil level low service light. I was forced to stop and buy oil for my vehicle on my way back to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. As I'm opening my hood I realize a hood strut is no longer attached to my car and my hood will not stay open without someone holding it. this was not a problem before going to Jiffy Lube. I contacted the manager and explained what had happened. He seemed extremely apologetic and understanding over the phone and offered to resolve the issue in person by bringing over my vehicle to check the oil levels, replace the strut and give me a refund for the improper oil change that was done. I agreed and the following day I drove 20mi and 27min away from my home to get this matter resolved. the manager was not at the shop as he stated he would be so I was forced to speak with another employee about the problems. although another employee overheard the manager stating he would do everything to fix it, the employee I was speaking to explains that he cannot refund me or fix the hood strut. they stated due to camera footage they have "evidence" that the oil change was done properly and nobody damaged the hood strut. This is frustrating after being told the matter would be resolved over the phone and driving back to the location for absolutely no reason. After putting the right amount of oil MYSELF the light for low oil has not come on and I've had no issues with my oil levels. I believe I am still owed a refund and fixed hood strut but I refuse to argue with incompetent employees who accuse me of lying and my car having "malfunctions" that never existed before bringing it to their business.

    Took my vehicle in for an oil change and have not been able to drive it for 3 months since then. This is the only location that has ever serviced the vehicle in that time and the managers refuse to take an accountability. Not issues prior to service, left with a check engine light and engine knocking. The manager said I can’t “prove” anything and that I probably did something to it, the vehicle was just around 40,000 miles and now I’m out over $13,000 grand. Save your money for a company that will take accountability and stand by their work. The manager Ray rather yell at people and talk down to them that admit that the vehicle was fine before service and was taken out of commission after his team worked on it.
