  Got home and found out the air filter cover was not latched, and the tire rotation was not done properly, they just moved front to back, not x cross, no windows cleaning and had to ask about the check list what was done. Surely not the service I expected.probaly wouldn't return.

  My SUV was brought in immediately and the inspection began. They didn’t have the oil filter that my older vehicle needed on hand but told me that it would be available in 15 minutes time. The technician was friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Next thing I knew they were done and my vehicle was ready to go. Thank you to all the crew at Jiffy Lube #1736 for their speed and professionalism.

  Best in town! Casey and her crew fixed me up and took care of everything Enterprise wouldn't. They cared about my safety and went out of their way to help me out. Even though they had to send someone to get the tire my rental car needed I was in and out fast! Casey handled the payment through Enterprise for me to make sure I didn't get charged. After driving on a donut tire for 2 days Jiffy Lube cared more about my safety than Enterprise rental. Thank you to Casey and her crew!

  This location is the BEST!! I took my car in had my brakes and rotors done. I forgot to mention I Showed up an hour before closing they still did my brakes. It was making a weird noise after the brakes were done and they told me to come back tomorrow and they will figure out the situation. I took my car back. They fixed the problem and drove my car back across the street to me while I was at work. I can’t explain how much that helped me out a lot and I just want to say thank you and I recommend these people to everybody.

  So, the sign said no wait but I spent an hour there before the employee came out. She insulted my car, she said the drain plug was stripped, and then said they would not replace it unless I signed up for an unspecified repair for an indefinite amount of money. So I say “get it the heck out of there” and we walk to the front, where a family of 3 was waiting. I call out the false “no wait” as indicated on the sign, even though it was an hour before my car was in the bay (the bay was empty when I pulled up too). She says there’s no need to be disrespectful. I ask what was disrespectful, and then she accuses me of disrespecting women, in general, not her specifically. Lol I asked what I said that was possibly disrespectful to women, and she repeated what I said in the other room about “get it the heck out of there” but with an F bomb substituted in. Then she acts all pearl clutchy and she gestures at the child who just watched her swear, directly in front of him as he watched us. Toxic place, and my plug is just fine btw
