  Quick, easy, but no longer affordable 🤔 $10 and change? For the lowest wash on the books? could have done it at home, with wax, for a $1 fitty.

  Purchased a new car a little over a year ago, and bought a membership here. Recently decided to cancel as I felt there was damage done to my vehicle from the car wash only to keep getting billed. After looking into it I realized there was an unauthorized account being charged to me. After reaching out to address the issue was told since the account was used they couldn't authorize a refund. Again this is a fraudulent account that I never authorized, and never should have been charged for. I only have the one vehicle and only needed one membership to have it washed... all I can say is avoid mister car was and check out another company who hopefully values their customers more.

  Don’t EVER use Misters Carwash! They will ruin your car, take zero responsibility even after admitting they put me too close on the rail where it scratched the heck out of my wheel. I spoke to Matthew on the day of the incident who immediately took zero blame saying it was aftermarket wheels. I explained it was their machine that slammed into my wheel and damaged it and it’s at oem spec therefore it would have damaged an oem wheel. He still refused any liability even after he looked at the video, saw what happened, and even admitted I was placed too close over on the rail. The GM Jose called me today and flat out denied my claim saying it an aftermarket wheel and therefore he is not liable. The entire management team needs to take a course and member service and ensuring they do the right thing when it’s their error. They are now losing 3 memberships adding up to a little over $100 a month due their negligence and refusing to own up to their mistake and doing the right thing. Losing $1,200 a year or fix a wheel and make the member happy and hope for repeat business and referrals? I guess they chose to lose their revenue. I will also be contacting corporate Misters and see what they have to say about this and how their franchisees refused to help. UPDATE ONE: I called Corporate and they were extremely emphatic and took my complaint and sending to the regional manager to call me back. Matthew from the location the incident happened called me to tell me they received the complaint and is back tracking whey he said and basically called me a liar and said he didn’t say that they placed me on the rollers incorrectly and that he said I exited the rollers to the left too closely. I told him I’ll let the regional manager talk to me as he clearly is sensitive and to this situation. You NEVER call a member back when there’s a complaint with corporate and tell them they're a liar and wrong. Again, re train is needed for that team. Update Two 12/8: No one has called me back. I called the customer service number and the lady just forwarded me to a voicemail for claims versus looking at my account and notes. I asked her to several times and she said she is only customer service and can’t help. I left a voicemail for the claims department since you can’t talk to a live person. I was told I would get a call back within 72 hours. This is unacceptable since my car has been damaged since 11/28. Update Three 12/13: Still have not heard anything from the Regional Manager as promised to me or from the claims department. It’s been well over 72 hours since I left a voicemail with their claims department. I have canceled all three memberships totally a little over $1,200 a year of revenue for them. My immediate family has also canceled their monthly membership passes as well. So incredibly frustrating and sad they’re willing to lose all this revenue due to ignoring a long time member and doing the right thing and fixing the wheel due to their error on placing me on the tracks incorrectly. I will now put an official complaint against this complaint with the BBB and the AG. Please steer clear from this company unless you want to have the experience I have when they jack your vehicle up and refuse any type of ownership and liability.
