- GGGreg6 days ago1.0Showed a coupon for $32 off for a full synthetic oil change before entering the work area. Got the oil change and tire roation done. I was upsold on an air filter and coolant top-off. Turned down all of the other items recommended. My receipt was emailed to me and when I checked it, the $32 discount was not applied. I was home by this time so I called. The person who I showed the discount to told me I had to show it to him "at the end", although he was shown and made aware of the coupon before they started service on my car. He was actually the one who told me I would get $32 off, as I thought I was getting $25 off. Rest assured, I will never be back and will steer anyone I can away from this scam of a business.

I came in with 4, they broke one and said it was corroded- my hubcap wasn’t even a year old or close to being a year old. $200 is also too much for both services combined.
