We were having issues getting into our rental but that was because of an issue regarding the insurer but the staff was very excellent at helping us through getting into a rental. Rico is an outstanding person very friendly and kind and straight forward I highly recommend this place.
- MSMike SargentNov 12, 20253.0This is my 3rd time working with this particular enterprise, and all I can is the experiences have been getting worse and worse. Ive had to wait increasingly longer lengths of time because they “ didn’t have a car ready for me” even though I’ve had the reservation set for at least 2-3 days in advance. You would think they would have a car available, but no. And when they do get a car available, it’s never comparable to the vehicle I drive, nor has it been the sort of car or level of car I was promised to get by the location, or what the insurance company is requesting for me. I get they are the only location for Rio Rancho, but the excuses that we get as apologies, don’t cut it anymore. There is no reason to be waiting for almost an hour and a half, just so they can figure out the car situation, or to be told we can take you home or where ever you need to go, but leave you without any mode of transportation until we get something. I get they are “understaffed” but this is beyond rediculous.

We had a reservation for a car for over a week and showed up to pick up the car at our reservation time and they did not have a car. They would not call other locations to see if they had cars available. They told us we had to call ourselves. This location’s lack of planning and customer care caused us to be over 4 hours late to our destination because we had to find a different car rental company. Why would Enterprise allow a reservation for a car they do not have!!! DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE!!
