  Terrible customer service they just lost me and my wife as a customer the Manager John was absolutely no help what so ever we had a free days for a rental car but when it came time to redeem them it didn't let us making excuses. I don't recommend this location need new manager and employees people that actually care to help the customer and not just lie because they are not helpful at all.

  Guarantee you all the poor reviews are written by entitled boomers. This locale is Lite!! Customer service is Exceptional and a cut above the rest. When I was on leave the car I had was hurting my back so they changed it out on the spot with no hassle. I didn’t have any time to waste and they were respectful of that. Kat is very accommodating and patient. I observed John being highly respectful to an elderly gentleman and it was truly wonderful. John couldn’t get an immediate provision, but was polite and told the gentleman to come back early next day and he’d be squared away. Rico is also very kind and so is Sam. They do not deserve to be cursed out or disrespected by customers at any time, as some of the issues that are arise are not their fault. I hope you will do business with Enterprise, the price was very reasonable and they bend over backwards to help you out- whether you are local or an out of towner.

  Reserved a mid size truck and they gave me a full size. When I told them the manager said he would reimburse me two days rental but guess like the reservations can’t trust them. Drive a little farther than get better service.

  Tuve un pequeño accidente con mi camioneta Ford. Realmente fue pequeño.Total la aseguranza me rento el auto. Fueron super amables y me dieron un excelente servicio. Ellos estaban en comunicación constante con el taller de carrocería y con mi aseguranza. Me hicieron muy sencillo mu proceso de mi pequeño accidente. Me rentaron un woskwagen atlas muy nuevo , limpio y bonito en verdad y a los tres días me lo querían cambiar por una camioneta parecida a la mía. Lo querían hacer para mi comodidad para que no extrañara tanto mi camioneta ese fue un detalle realmente admirable , ellos solo piensan en que uno esté agusto y contento con el vehículo que nos rentan , eso para mí cuenta mucho y me sentí muy bien. Se los recomiendo ampliamente son muy profesionales. Yo volvería a rentar un auto en nuevo con ellos, solo espero que sea en condiciones diferentes. Bueno si alguien necesita rentar un auto vayan con Enterprise Rnta-A-Car

  John Davis, the manager at Rio Rancho Enterprise was totally awesome today! He was the only person working, other than the guy who did a great job washing the cars. He worked really hard to make sure all his customers were taken care of, he was friendly and highly respectful, he handled all the details with clear information, and answered any and all questions without hesitation or even a hint of attitude. I really can't say enough good things about John Davis. It looks like he'll be a great manager at this location and he has really positive plans to make upgrades in the near future.
