  Sales Dept. Is great! We bought two used vehicles. Service Dept. Is unfortunately not ran as well. I had an older vehicle in to repair a few things. The first time we went to pick it up, there were things not done so we left it. Next week we go to pick it up only to have to return it because the dash, console, etc. were not put on correctly but the main reason we took it in so still not fixed. After another month and a half, we get it back and there are extra screws on the floor, rattling in the door, the hood release latch had been broken and repaired incorrectly (instead of replaced) and there are greasy marks all over my interior (dash, cloth visors, etc). The truck we just bought is having the fuel pump issues, so we made an appointment to take it in to get repaired and they have now had it for two weeks and haven’t touched it, despite having the part and my truck being there early for the appointment. When we called to check on it, we were told that they are waiting on a bay to be available, which is what we were told about the older vehicle we took in as well. Nope, sorry, that’s not how this works. I have an appointment or you screwed the repair up, those are priority jobs. I will not be taking my vehicles back there except for the required maintenance for the warranties.

  Worked with Javan.. great experience.. no haggle ....easy process. Diego explained all the warranty options as well.. both were great to purchase a vehicle with.. highly recommend

  Great and amazing experience. I found my GMC through their website and it led me to Tillery. This was an out of state purchase and let me say that I was very hesitant in the beginning but wow what an amazing experience. Cody went above and beyond for my new purchase. What an amazing guy to work with. Diego their finance manager was also great to work with and made the deal come through. Even being out of state, Tillery will probably be the place I purchase my next vehicle. Thank you to everyone!

  Fantastic experience throughout the time spent here. Called in over the phone, spoke to Cody, gave him a run down of my situation and he said come on by. As soon as I was able to, I stopped in and it was immediately like I was surrounded by a group of friends. Business occured as normal but the environment was friendly and welcoming. I felt that Cody understood the assignment and then some. We got something squared away and I drove home that day in a new to me vehicle. Reliable and trustworthy, I felt that I wasn't a customer but I was welcomed to the Tillery Chevrolet family. I'd highly recommend stopping by and engaging with the guys here at Tillery, they accept even the most difficult of challenges and go to bat for you. So much so that they go above and beyond to ensure YOU are getting what YOU need. Without any hesitation, I would recommend everything/everyone; the dealership, the employees, the atmosphere, absolutely everything. Don't make a mistake by passing up on Tillery Chevrolet off i40 in Moriarty. Go in and if you get the chance, meet Cody. He'll get you taken care of like family, not just a customer.
