- DNDenis NyakundiDec 17, 20251.0Parked bobtail in car section to go take a shower, 20-30 minutes max. I wasn't spending the night. We do it all the time at pilots/Js. It was 1 AM the lot was full. Maintenance comes knocking on my door as am taking a shower an asks me to move, I say no problem as soon as I am done. He comes back again 5 minutes later and threatened to call the police. Mind you I am naked as I open the door to ask him if he wants me to go outside naked to move the truck. Once I am done I have a word with the manager and she still calls the police because I was taking a shower. She also tries to say that I broke the parking lot while I have 3 cameras recording simultaneously. You cant even take a shower in peace, always giving truckers a difficult time.

Diesel side very organized and he was very polite. The parking lot is small and difficult to manuever but he did a great job getting us in and out. The employees behind the counter very friendly and fast. I think their names where Kathy and Y something sorry its been a week. They get the 5 stars but my husband said the mens bathroom was a disaster. He showed me photos he took but i just couldn't post them here.. Showers very slow 12 waiting. We just showered at our next stop. But overall great experience. We've been stopping at Pilot travel centers the last 10 yrs and we are always satisfied with our experience.
- JCJC CastroDec 16, 20255.0I stop here 3 to 4 times a week depending on my delivery schedule. I noticed they started having a guy direct traffic on diesel pumps. That guy is doing a great job. Nobody cuts in line anymore. The pilot lot is small. There's not much more they can do for those that are leaving bad reviews but I watch that guy and he's running up and down the pump lines checking which pump is next trying to help us drivers out. Overall very satisfied with my experience.
