  I'm giving a 5 star because the service I got at the Las Cruces location was very good. The office and waiting area were clean, coffee and water available, and the office staff were friendly and helpful. I have a new windshield and the camera is recalibrated and working well. If I could I would take off a half star but only because I wasn't told at the time I scheduled my at home appointment that they couldn't do the recalibration for my car in the field and I had to come in. I didn't know that until the afternoon of my appointment. I feel like someone could have called me in the several days before my appointment to let me know. Other than that, everything was great and I would recommend them.

  Setting the appointment was very easy. The office communicated every step of the way. Once I arrived, I was helped immediately. Jeremy was very nice and kept me updated on the progress of my windshield. He also made sure all of the stickers on the old windshield were transferred to my new windshield. I had to wait at the office since I did not have a way to get home and the entire process took just over an hour. It was a wonderful experience from the time I set the appointment to the time I left the office.

  Have always had amazing service at this Safelite location in Las Cruces! The office staff and technicians are professional, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and kind. Through no fault of the shop/technician, the windshield had to be replaced twice due to the re-calibration requiring OEM glass. We didn't mind bringing it back a second time and the OEM glass was ordered right away and everything was handled expeditiously and without any effort on our part. Everyone was so helpful and we really felt like they cared about not inconveniencing us throughout the process. If you ever need any work done on your windshield (repairs or replacement), I highly recommend this Safelite location to have the work done. A huge shout-out to Jesse, the technician who performed the replacement and re-calibration. His work is impeccable, he's very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
