  Enterprise Los Lunas, NM both ladies I had the pleasure of dealing with while renting a car from there. Laura and Rizzy, are absolutely amazing!! Very professional and polite. Laura is definitely one of the most helpful and courteous people I have come across in along time.

  "Frankly, I don't care." This is what the employee at this location said to me when they oversold and didn't have a car for me even though I had a reservation and I told him it was bad customer service to do so. He didn't care. Didn't care that it was after 11:00 at night. Didn't care that his employer he gave bad service. Didn't care about his customer.

  Gave me options of vehicles within price range. Answered all my questions and worked with me. I didnt have to wait or had issues with recieving help. They were super polite.
