  Brittney was so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable always wearing a beautiful smile when I come thru. I had some problems being charged too many times and she was the right person at the right time. Get Brittney a raise!!

  Been a member since u all first opened today the 4-15-2026 on Sonoma wash I liked it cause they had some one directing traffic.thats a pulse. Especially when it gets packed and cars are trying to cut in front of you Thank you for doing that. Other than that the wash was great.

  Usually a good experience but on Saturday, 4/4/2026, I felt that the lady working in the afternoon was wayyy too pushy about pushing the extra services and monthly membership. She tried to pretend as though there was no $10 car wash when that is the one I get every time I go there. She continued to ask me 5 additional times after I said I did not want to upgrade, “Will you at least do the $14.99 car wash today?” to which I said no. Is management giving staff Powerball tickets to upsell monthly memberships?? It would seem so. Please be respectful. For all the staff know, I may be coming through in a rental car or a company car to which the monthly membership would be of no benefit. Thanks

  First time going to wash my vehicle this car wash and the experience was great! Britnie was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful with signing me up for the titanium wash. She greeted us with a smile and a joyful hello! Thank you!
