- DMDennis MengesNov 16, 20251.0The manager at this location sold me a 22 dollar one time wash because I didn't want to sign up for the subscription with that particular car. (We have two more cars in the family with unlimited subscriptions). He explained that the 10 dollar wash will not clean the car or get the bugs off the front however the one for 22 they use bug spray and pressure wash the car. Everything will come off. After getting the wash done the car was not clean because no one used bug spray in the front or pressure washed it. Only the windshield. I ask to drive the car in again and he told me he will not give me a FREE car wash the bugs are caked in and i should sign up for an unlimited plan he will refund my money in that case and charge me the subscription price instead. I told him no thank you. Be careful people if you dont sign up they dont care about you as a customer. I will reach out to the corporate office in Arizona to see of this is normal practice. There was no excessive dirt on the car just bugs. Paid 22 dollars for a dirty car.
