  Been there a couple of times. No problems. Today Friday Jan.23,2026 at about 2:25p.m. I went to checkout. My total was 6.97. Handed clerk $20. She handed me my change and shorted me 3 cents. I asked her where the rest of my change was and she rudely and with an attitude responded we don't have pennies to give back. Not to be petty but if I'm 3 cents short paying I won't be able to take my purchase and if I tried I'd be accused of stealing. On the other hand it's OK for a multi million dollar company to steal from me? Hmmm. Yes I know pennies are becoming obsolete but my change is my change. A rude clerk shouldn't be the one to decide. In reality the 3 cents didn't bother me(I gave her 2 pennies to get my nickel) what bothered me was how unprofessional and rude attitude this female had. Didn't catch her name but she did have a very visible tattoo on her hand. She needs to be sent to Buccees school of customer service.

  It was the most amazing experience, Bryan was awesome telling us about the special they had and i appreciate him friendly staff is always awesome if the organization has a position open for him to move up i highly recommend it he knows customer service and very friendly which makes this experience all worth wild folks if you want a wonderful experience go see Bryan

  (Dec 11, 2:37 PM): I came in with my girlfriend and we both used self-checkout. Her transaction finished, but the machine didn’t print her receipt. I asked the cashier, Bryan, to help reprint it. Instead of doing that, he canceled my transaction and printed a cancel slip. We asked again for the receipt, and I told him I needed his badge to reprint it. He kept refusing and dragging it out. My girlfriend asked again, and he finally tried, but wasn’t doing it right, so I took over and printed it myself. When we were leaving, we both said thank you. My girlfriend got, “you’re so nice and kind,” and then he pointed at me and said, “you need to improve on your attitude.” That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when all I asked for was a simple reprint he couldn’t provide. I hope Thomas and Christina see this review.
