    Sarah at Enterprise is completely unprofessional and used her position to involve herself in situations that have nothing to do with work, making my experience and my family’s experience completely unacceptable. There is no reason to be requesting my husband to bring you a drink to work. Completely inappropriate and uncomfortable .

    I made a reservation with this location but the lady at the enterprise call center never put it into the system. She said I would be able to use my debit card, turns out that is not true. They told me I could wait 3 hours in the shop and maybe they will have a car if they allow the debit. The lady just walked away mid transaction (I was about to confirm my address) and the staff is treating me like I am invisible. Awesome.

    I’ve used your service 3 times . My complaint is I can only get through on the phone if I press the option to reserve a car. If someone is available to answer my call for that reason why can’t they answer the phone when I press other options? It seems as if you only answer calls that brings in revenue!!

    1. Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Telshor Blv is permanently closed. 2. A lot of customers come to this one. 3. Long waiting. Hope the staff processes paper work quick. 4. Cars are new. We got 2024 Toyota Tacoma with some small scratches. Runs well. No biggies. 5. Need more chairs for customers.
