  I had a great experience renting a car with Enterprise. Everyone was very helpful, nice and professional. If I ever need to rent a car, I will most definitely go back to Enterprise.

  Although the employees at the LC Enterprise are generally nice, we had a Seinfeld moment with them. We reserved a Pacifica which was confirmed but when we got there to pick up the Pacifica, the only two on the lot were being rented to other customers so we had to take a Mitsubishi Outlander; they took the reservation but they didn't hold the reservation. There was no wiper fluid so I had to buy some and fill it. The cruise control kept malfunctioning and when your traveling on an interstate at 75 mph and it suddenly turns off in the middle of traffic it's a little unnerving. When I returned the car to the LC Enterprise and was asked about the experience I told him we were disappointed we didn't get the vehicle we reserved, he was pretty indifferent with excuses about it being the holidays and the cars go out as customers show up. Also indifferent about me having to buy wiper fluid and the cruise control not working, it didn’t appear that he noted those issues in his computer.

  One star – not reliable for important travel plans. Despite having a confirmed reservation in the app, I was told at pickup that no vehicles were available. The employee was not helpful and refused to check availability at the El Paso airport, saying they “don’t answer the phone.” They openly admitted their inefficiency, which was frustrating and unacceptable when you’re depending on a rental for important travel. In contrast, Hertz was far more reliable—they offered alternative options and even provided a discount for a higher-class vehicle. I would not recommend this company if your travel plans matter.
