Corrosion was worse than I have ever seen, but instead of just knocking it off, replacing the battery and moving on - which I would have been satisfied with - Juan painstakingly cleaned off ALL of the corrosion, all the while engaging in a friendly manner refusing to allow me to think I was inconveniencing him (which I no doubt was). Highly recommend!
- MSMicheal SanchezJul 26, 20251.0Very let down experience here today, this place has really gone down hill since Stan and Robin left, went in today, the “Manager” in a gray shirt was to busy with another employee watching dog videos on their phone to help me out, after 5 minutes of waiting, the “manager” finally helped me. Couldn’t find my part warranty in the system for some reason, didn’t have time to sit and argue, just payed for the dam part outright, was really on a time crunch. Poor guy working probably has to deal with this all the time, seems like he was the only one working. I stopped in around 10ish on 7/26/25. Really need to get rid of the two employees to busy on their phones watching videos rather than helping customers

Stopped to get my battery replaced and advised the young kid I bought the battery 2 years prior at this location . He checked the battery and advised me that he could not do anything about it. He called an older man who stated he was leaving and provided no help. They did provide a boost which allowed me to drive to Autozone on North Main. The employees in that store, looked up my record, got a battery, replaced it in 20 minutes.
