The kid acted like I was bothering him just by asking a question. Too busy on his phone, barely listening, and gave me the wrong info anyway. If this is who they’ve got working the counter now, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Corrosion was worse than I have ever seen, but instead of just knocking it off, replacing the battery and moving on - which I would have been satisfied with - Juan painstakingly cleaned off ALL of the corrosion, all the while engaging in a friendly manner refusing to allow me to think I was inconveniencing him (which I no doubt was). Highly recommend!
