  The staff here went above and beyond to help me get my new battery installed, despite the odd way my car is set up (air filter hose is on top of the battery). When I brought it back in due to some odd electrical behaviors, Josh T, quickly found what on the battery was causing the issue and fixed for no charge. Would not hesitate recommending & thank you to all who helped!

  Went in for a wiper change and Nikki was very helpful. The ones I got from the dealer did not work properly and she actually took the time to try and find the right ones. While we didn't find the right ones she actually fixed the original ones I had. Thank you Nikki!

  Woman behind counter refused to check intermittent fault code lights on my car when in fact it is well known fault codes can be stored and are easily read with their OBD scanner even if the light isn’t on!! 12/29 1:30 pm

  Josh T has a customer service name tag. And lemme tell ya, that was an accurate label. He went above and beyond for this humble customer. I went in worried about sporadic loss of power in my power steering. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommend a quick fix to get me safely to a mechanic for the full fix he advised. He even recommended a good shop and justified the assertion with solid backing. I am suuuuuuper happy that I can get down the road without constant anxiety now.
