  Comment Value :Autozone nevermore. Never been treated this rudely/disrespectful from a store manager. Brought in an Odyssey battery that I purchased online and it had died. First comment after I said it had died would like a replacement, "you did not buy that from Autozone." Showed him receipt and no response from him . Explained I tried recharging it at home with Ctech and told they must test it first per policy(true) Asked if they would call me and lady said I had to call them. I called later and was told they looked at battery and it was damaged like someone had dropped it(implying I did) I explained how it was shipped in a large box and was loose inside improbably bounced around in shipment. Replied it looks like someone dropped it, again the implication. Later that evening saying a replacement battery froM El Paso arrived, and I said I would be in the next day. I went in and the service manager showed me the areas at the top of the battery along the side and a small in dent at top by battery pole saying it looks like someone damaged it with a screw driver(Unbelievable). He brought out the replacement battery and He said he went out on a limb for me and if I brought this battery damaged he would not replaced it! I told him I wou ld not be back. If this is how he treats military veterans or any customer cannot believe he is in charge. Have appreciated the discount Autozone gives to military/veterans, but I will never purchased from Autozone,again. Sincerely, Michael Sikorski LTC/US Army Retired

  Mateo J.? I believe is his name did an incredible job assisting me in finding the cabin air filter I needed for my 2017 Honda. He helped my in finding the misplaced air filter and stayed with it until he found it. He was very instrumental in making sure the installation was correct as I struggled to remove it in the parking lot. The prior bad installation was a problem but his advice was critical in my personal installation of the air filter. Even the YouTube video was lacking in overcoming the problems of a previous bad cumbersome installation.. Employees like Mateo J. will keep me returning to this AutoZone.

  The kindness an concern bestowed upon us while visiting this establishment has had an outstanding impact on us. The questions asked were answered with patience an compassion towards the ignorance I clearly had. Very very impressed with this very professional establishment!!!
