While traveling home to Texas after coming down US Hwy 101, we ran into some car issues just outside of Las Cruces. After a bit of troubleshooting, he helped me determine that the issue was the starter relay. He was able to work with another store in the area who had the part and went to pick it up for us!!! We were there for about 3 hours stranded several hours from home, and this wonderful young man made every effort to help us as best as he could. He actually stayed behind after the store closed to make sure we were able to drive away. My experience with Autozone back home is such that I go to O’Reilly’s now, so to experience this level of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help us out is the Autozone I remember back in the day. I truly hope this organization recognizes the exceptional character in this young man and does everything it can to ensure all its stores and employees are of the same caliber of professionalism and service as he is.

One of the battery terminal was really messed up and with the help of some other coworker, Tony really tried to fix it and get my car going.
